We do not claim ownership over any research papers, articles, or external content you access through Scholyx.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, suggestions, and insights. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. Users are solely responsible for verifying and appropriately using any output from Scholyx.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by Scholyx (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Ilapata Tech Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of Scholyx may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing or features at any time, with notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scholyx at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.
